1. How do I create a new account?
Step 1: Go to the Sign Up page by clicking the Sign Up button at the top right corner of the website.
Step 2: Enter your full name, valid email address, phone number, and create a secure password.
Step 3: Click Submit to receive an OTP verification code on your provided phone number or email address.
Step 4: Enter the OTP to verify your account. Once verified, your account will be created successfully, and you will be directed to your personalized Client Dashboard where you can post listings, manage inquiries, and save your favorite properties.
2. How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the Login page and click on the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
- Check your email inbox for a secure password reset link sent by Envesttville.
- Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm it.
You can now log in to your account with your new password.
